New Zealand Bloodstock has announced the retirement of longstanding NZB Airfreight Manager Greg Northcott after nearly 25 years service with the company.
“Greg has been absolutely outstanding in his role, he has built great relationships over the years and has huge respect from our clients and suppliers,” NZB Managing Director Andrew Seabrook said.
“He has led his team admirably through some very tough times, navigating equine freighting through challenges such as Equine Influenza and COVID-19.
“More recently, Greg has managed to coordinate flights to China and Korea, an accomplishment others have found impossible to achieve.
“We’d like to thank Greg for his work over the years and wish him the best for a well-deserved retirement.”
Colleague and longstanding staff member Sharon McDowell will take the reins as the new NZB Airfreight Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. The Australian-based operations will continue to be managed by Josh Murphy.
Northcott will remain with NZB Airfreight until the end of June to ensure a smooth transition.
