The final opportunity to enter a yearling filly in the 2022 NZB Insurance Pearl Series closes on Sunday 31st July, with entry $1,500 plus GST.
A bonus scheme for Southern Hemisphere bred fillies and mares, offering bonuses of $2.8 million, the scheme includes up to 200 individual races for fillies and mares over four seasons’ racing, with bonuses for each race of $14,000.
The Series has been designed to benefit owners, trainers and breeders of fillies and mares running in New Zealand and are available in all regions of the country. All bonuses are cumulative, ie a horse can win multiple bonuses throughout her racing career.
New changes to the Pearl Series include:
- BONUS payments now paid to 1st, 2nd and 3rd
- BONUS races now extended to 5YO mares
